BASTOK LESSEL gallery was proud to present the first solo exhibition of Guadeloupean painter Elladj Lincy Deloumeaux. Through a collection of brand-new pieces that carry on the artist’s numerous series, he has transported us to the closeness of a brilliant creative youth with his expansive, brightly colored canvases. He depicts a youth on the move, open-minded toward the outside world and the Other, whether it be beneath the sky of a timeless modern Dakar or during a summer visit to Mulhouse.
